Meet the team.

Kurt Tomlinson

Pastor
Pastor Kurt has been married to Elaine since 1994, and they have traveled many roads together, including raising 3 amazing children: Elizabeth (who works for Owens Corning in New York), Jim (a student at Cincinnati State), and Anthony (in middle school).  Celebrating his 30th year as a United Methodist Pastor in 2027, Pastor Kurt is thrilled to be a part of the Shiloh family.  Beyond his family and the church, Kurt’s main passion is watching race cars go around in circles as much as possible, attending Reds games with Anthony, and going on as many adventures with Elaine as possible.

Jerry Suit

Traditional Worship Coordinator
Jerry Suit has been passionate about music and worship for most of his life. In addition to being a music educator, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Church Music from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.
Throughout his career, Jerry has served at many churches. He was initially hired at Shiloh as the Chancel Choir Director in 1982 and served in that role through 2007. In 2015, the church rehired him, and in 2016, he was promoted to Traditional Worship Coordinator. Jerry deeply appreciates his choir members and worship teams who faithfully serve and support one another.

Theresa Works

Modern Worship Coordinator
Theresa has been serving as Shiloh’s Modern Worship Coordinator since March 2018, and she loves leading people in authentic, joy-filled praise and worship. In addition to her role at Shiloh, she volunteers as a worship leader at two Celebrate Recovery locations, regularly serves as a guest worship leader at other churches, and has led worship at events including youth retreats and the 25th annual American Heritage Girls conference. Theresa is known for her contagious laughter and her ability to turn just about anything into an adventure.

Joe Shea

Organist
Joe has been the organist and choir accompanist at Shiloh since 2011.  Prior to that, his musical involvement at Shiloh includes playing in the handbell choir, accompanying and directing the children’s choir, and leading music for Vacation Bible School.  In addition to providing music for the traditional worship service, he has participated in various Bible studies at Shiloh including Disciple Bible Study.  Joe enjoys playing euchre, golf, reading, walking outdoors, cooking, and bird watching.

Sue Squeri

Children's Ministry Director
Sue serves as the Director of Family and Children’s Ministry at Shiloh, which has been home since 2018. She is passionate about helping children know they are loved, seen, and valued, while encouraging parents along the way. She values relationships deeply—if she asks how you’re doing, she truly wants the long version.
She’s the proud mom of five amazing adult kids and seven grandkids. Her favorite thing is simply being with them—All they have to say is “Mom,” and she’s there. Sue loves learning new ways to stay healthy—mind, body, and soul. She’ll also try to find a little humor when life gets messy.

Sarah Pease

Student Ministry Director
I married my high school sweetheart, and our home is almost always full, with our two girls, my youngest sister, five pets, and a revolving door of friends coming and going. It’s a little loud, a little chaotic, and I wouldn’t change a thing. Life for me is pretty go, go, go, and I’m usually figuring things out on the fly, but that just makes the adventures better. I love making memories, laughing as much as possible, and soaking up time with my family. I’m a lifelong learner, especially in history and my faith, and I’m always looking for ways to grow (preferably with coffee in hand and Jesus at the center).

Candace Rhoill

Shiloh Preschool Director
As Preschool Director, Candace runs on faith, fresh air, and a really good idea. She loves creating spaces where children (and grown-ups!) feel seen, valued, and brave enough to grow, believing childhood should be full of wonder, muddy shoes, and meaningful moments. Expect creativity, laughter, outdoor adventures, and stories that might just include her latest chicken update.

Patty Richwine

Children's Ministry Coordinator
Patty has assisted in Children’s Ministry at Shiloh since April 2025. Before coming to Shiloh, she and her husband, Doug, served for 20 years with The Salvation Army as Corps Officers/Pastors in Cincinnati and central Pennsylvania before retiring. Raised in Hershey, Pennsylvania, she attended Fishburn UMC from birth. She earned a degree in Children’s Education from Messiah College and has led a childcare center and many children’s programs over the years. Patty and Doug also homeschooled their two daughters for part of their education. Patty enjoys outdoor activities—including biking, walking, and gardening—and spends as much time in the sun as possible.

Joy Rosebrook

Office Administrator
Joy helps keep the Shiloh UMC office running smoothly by supporting staff and keeping things organized behind the scenes. When she’s not at the church, you can probably find her cheering on FC Cincinnati or spending time with her family.

Jeremy Proctor

Facilities Manager
Jeremy is the Facilities Manager here at Shiloh.  He takes great pride in keeping the building clean and in great shape for the ministry that happens at Shiloh.
