Student Ministry at Shiloh UMC
At Shiloh, we strive to have youth programs that are all about fun, faith, and friendship. We play games and participate in fun activities, go on outings and trips, serve others and our community, and dive into the Bible to learn more about our faith and Jesus. We are a place where all are welcome just as they are, you can be yourself, build lasting relationships, expand your leadership abilities, and begin and/or strengthen your journey of faith and your walk with Jesus.

Youth Sunday School
6th-12th graders join us every Sunday morning in the Youth Room from 9:30am-10:30am or 11am-12pm to discuss the Bible, Jesus, and a variety of other topics pertaining to our faith. This year we are doing a yearlong study examining the big picture story of the Bible, and how Jesus is present throughout it all.
Sunday Night Youth Group
Students in 6th-12th grade join us every Sunday night from 6pm-7:30pm where there is always something a little different happening. It could be a night with "Minute-to-Win-It" games, competitions, a scavenger hunt, playing sardines, or trying not to get out in 9-square. We may be participating in service projects, like making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for Team Hope, cleaning up Delhi Park, making something for our church shut-ins or preschoolers, or working with Women are Gold. It's possible we are making pancakes, having a cake decorating contest, grilling out, or walking to Sweets and Eats. Or, we might be discussing different topics, doing devotions, reading scripture, and having small groups. It could also be a mix of things!

Wednesday Night Middle School Crew
This is a brand new program in which students in 6th-8th grade can join us every Wednesday night from 6pm-7:30pm for a variety of activities, games, service projects, and small groups. If you are in 9th-12th grade and are interested in volunteering for this or our Children Ministry's Kids Club, please reach out to spease@shilohumc.com.

This Month in Student Ministry
Got questions?
Our goal is for the youth to not only be included in the participation of everything we do, but also the brainstorming, planning, leading, and decision making regarding things such as activities, devotions, outings, retreats, and mission trips.
