Office Administrator
Shiloh United Methodist Church is looking for an Office Administrator to join our excellent staff in order to help live into our vision of seeking and sharing God’s gift of Oneness. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
· High School diploma required.
· Supportive of the church’s mission, vision, theology, and goals.
· Demonstrates a warm, calming, and professional presence in person, by phone, and online.
· Highly organized with strong task completion and follow-through skills.
· Relational and effective in church-based communication.
· Proficient in written and verbal English.
· Proficient in technology use, including office and communications platforms.
· Ability to delegate effectively and train staff/volunteers in office procedures, technology, and resources.
Salary range is $38,000 - $42,000 commensurate with experience. The only additional benefit is a 4% retirement match after a year of service.
Time requirements: Candidate must be available to work in the office from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday. The remainder of the hours will be applied to supporting other church activities in the evening and on weekends.
Other requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
